塔西南柯克亚油田原油常温化学脱水技术

摘要 本文报导了针对塔西南柯克亚油田的开发专门研制的常温高效原油破乳剂及其应用技术,介绍了研制思想、合成方法、产品性能、室内效果评价、现场试验结果及原油常温化学脱水技术。 Of 215 demulsifiers ever synthesized in this Department, no one appeared to be satisfactory for Kekeys's crude at ambient tempepatures. Two diblock polyether demulsifiers are prepared and manufactured commercially under trade name A-6 and B-11, both cotaining 65% polyether, 5% acetic acid(for preventing emulsified interlayer formation) and 30% ethanol.In laboratory experiments fairly high dehydration rates in 30 and 90 min are obtained: 100% and 100% at 35℃,100% and 98% at 33℃, 95% and 80% at 30℃, and 5% and 5% at 25℃ in 1hr standing for A-6 and B-11 in 50ppm, respectively.The field results are much better and satisfactory.After a simple dehydrating technolgy with a single sedimentation process, A-6 in 30ppm can easily decrease water content in crude oil down to much less than 0.5% and oil content in separated water-less than 100ppm at initial water content 5.7-7.0% if the dehydration teperature is maintained in range 22-28℃; at lower temperature 19-20℃ oil content in separated water is increased.The construction of sediment separator is described.
