摘要
本文报道四方相KTN晶体的拉曼振动谱,并比较不同掺杂和在不同温度下的振动谱图,讨论了其中的差异及其产生的原因。
The Roman spectrum of tetragonal KTN crystals were reported. The resultsobtained were compared with that of KTN crystals with different doping contents and in differenttemperatures. The differences and the causes have been discussed.
