远程维护是企业实现高质量售后服务的一种便捷、有效的手段.CT远程维护系统以TCP/IP 协议为基础,采用客户机/服务器模式进行信息交互,在设计中采用多线程技术,并实现了断点续传 功能.本系统可实现企业和用户间高效的信息传送,使用户一方出现的故障得到及时处理.
Remote maintenance system is a convenient and effective method which enterprise can realize high-quality sale service. CT remote maintenance system is based on TCP/IP protocol, which works as CLIENT/SERVER model. This system realizes the multithreading and the breakpoint's continuation. It can realize information convey effectively and can deal with the error of he user in time.
