摘要
要 :结合我国水资源短缺及其利用现状 ,对水价格的状况进行了分析 ,提出了合理确定水价 ,发挥水价杠杆作用 ,加强政府宏观调控的具体措施 ,以实现城市水资源的可持续性利用。
Combined with present conditions of shortage & usage of water resources in China,it analyzes conditions of water price and puts forward concrete measures to fix water price rationally、to utilize lever function of water price and to strengthen macro-adjustment of government so as to realize sustainable usage of water resources in city.
