摘要
通过对将楚简《仲弓》与《论语·子路》仲弓章的对比分析,笔者认为“仲弓为季氏宰”之“宰”当为“家相”;其时间当在鲁定公八年(前 502 年)十月至鲁定公十二年(前 498 年)夏的四年之内;其时年龄当在四十左右,“憧愚”义近于“愚蠢”;“有司不可不先也”,是说管事的不能不率先垂范。
By comparative analysis, the writer considers that the character '宰' means 'Minister', whose title was given from B.C 502 to B.C 498. At that time, Zhong Gong was in his forties. Moreover, the expression of '憧愚' means 'fool'.
