摘要
国家主权原则是国际法的一项基本原则。但近年来出来了贬低和否定国家主权原则的理论和主张以及随意践踏他国主权的事实。同时,随着国际组织的数量增加和职能的扩大,的确也对国家主权造成一定的影响和冲击,但所有这一切,并未从根本上动摇国家主权原则是构成国际法和国际关系的神圣地位。国家主权是国家的根本属性,在可预见的将来国家主权原则仍然是国际法的一项最为有效、最为根本的原则。
Doctrine of state sovereignty is a basis rule of international law. But in recent years, some theories and affirmations which have been degraded and negated and the fact that a nation casuary trampled other nation's sovereignty have appeared. In the meantime, the number increasing of the international organizations and the function extended , affected and impacted a nation's sovereignty. But all in all, it doesn't rootly shave the holy position of doctrine of state sovereignty consisting the international law and international retationship. It is a nation's basic character. In the foreseeable future, doctrine of state sovereignty will still be the most effective and fundamental principle of international law.
