摘要
介绍了推钢式板坯加热炉使用炉筋管圆钢滑道带来的轧制质量等问题,以及进行耐热滑轨节能技术改造的实施情况,运行表明:不但在一定程度上克服了原滑道存在的问题,而且综合成材率提高0.3%以上,每年增产460t板材,创效益27万元,可以推广使用。
The rolling quality problems caused by using round steel bar slipway on furnace bottom water tube in push off plate blank reheating furnace and the application situation of heat - resisting skid rail used in energy - saving technical reformation are introduced in this paper. The operation results show that problems which the slipway has got are solved, comprehensive finished products rate is increased by more than 0.3 per cent which means 460 ton of plate production increase and 270,000 yuan ( $ 47.000) benefit, and the heat -resisting skid rail use can be extended.
