聚合物孔隙率的研究

The factors of effecting porosity of polymer blend membranes

摘要 膜的应用在当今引起了广泛的关注。本文用 L-S 相转化法制备了 PAN/PVC.PAN/PVA 体系的非对称性膜和用 PVP 做成孔剂的 PVC 膜。以 L-S 相转化法成膜可以制得非对称型结构膜,这种膜结构具有极薄而致密的表层,有助于 同时提高膜的选择性、渗透性及抗污染性。同时,探讨了孔隙率对膜结构和膜性能的影响。实验结果表明,用高分子来 做膜材料,可以利用高分子的相容性的变化来控制膜的孔隙率,而调控制膜的热力学因素和动力学因素可以改变高分 子的相容性,从而影响膜的结构和性能。实验结果证实了可以制备出 PAN/PVC 膜,PAN/PVA 膜和用 PVP 做成孔剂的 PVC 膜。这里我们主要研究了这些膜的孔隙率。 Abstract:Characterization and application of membranes are of great interest today.Asymmetric PAN/PVC,PAN/PVA alloy microfiltration membranes(MF)and PVC membranes which use PVP aqueous solution as additive were prepared via L-S phase inversion method.The MF membranes show the ideal structure and excellent selectivity,permeability,stability,and fouling resistance properties.The effect of porosity were investigated.The results indicate that porosity can be adjusted by regulating the compatibility,the hydrophilicity of membrane can be improved by changing P1/P2 ratios.Both the thermodynamic and kinetic factors have a significant influence on the compatibility in membrane,furthermore on the structure and performance of membrane.The results show that the PVC with PVP aqueous solution as an additive,PAN/PVA and PAN/PVC membranes were prepared by L-S phase inversion method and the hydrophilic PVC membranes was achieved.We studied porous rate of PVC,PAN/PVA and PAN/PVC membranes.
