摘要
基于龙君伟的反馈干预作用的内部机制模型,本实验研究发现反馈效价、反馈提供方式及其交互作用对自我效能感、 应对策略、内部目标三种内部调节变量具有主效应;三种内部调节变量之间存在显著的正相关,并对绩效具有显著积极效应。 在实际的应用中,反馈干预如能使个体采取趋向型的应对策略、增强自我效能感、提高内部目标设置水平,就能有效地提高个体 的绩效水平。
This research was based on the inner mechanical model of feedback-interventions, promoted by Long Junwei. The results indicated that feedback value, feedback-provided style, and their interaction had main effects on the inner mediators such as perceived self-efficacy, coping style, inner goal setting. There was positive co-relationship between three inner mediators. They had significant effect on performance. If feedback-interventions could attract the individual to adopt approaching coping style, enhance perceived self-efficacy, and set higher inner goals, the individual would have positive performance.
