摘要
村民自治在发展过程中受到制度、经济等各方面的制约,但是传统政治文化作为一个潜在因素对村民自治的制约还没有为人们所深入分析。本文从政治文化的角度入手,就传统政治文化对村民自治的制约进行了剖析,指出传统政治文化对农村民主政治的影响虽然是一个不断减弱的过程,但也是一个长期的过程。
The villagers' autonomy is restricted by the political and social systems. But the traditional politics and culture, as a potential factor, restrict the development of villagers' autonomy. From the political and cultural perspectives the paper analyses the restriction of traditional politics and tradition on the villagers' autonomy and points out the fact that such restriction on the democracy and the politics in the countryside is a increasingly weakening but a long-existing process.
