摘要
分析了项目管理成功的主要条件 ,结合青藏铁路施工管理经验 ,从明确项目奋斗目标、提高自身综合素质及塑造团队精神等方面 。
The major conditions of successful project management are analyzed. Combined with practical management experiences in Qingha-Tibet Railway construction several measures are proposed in terms of determining struggle objective, improving self-qualities and cultivating team spirits to strengthen project management.
