摘要
针对网络环境下用户需求变化 ,从图书馆提供深层次服务的实际情况出发 ,提出了“以人为本”是图书馆的管理核心。为此 ,必须在图书馆管理中重视情感管理 ,加强图书馆队伍建设 ,并提出了具体的措施。
In accordomce with the readers' information requisition mutation under network condition, and the fact that library must afford better information service to its readers, the anthors put forward that the humanistic management is the core of library management. Therefore, the leaders of library would pay attention to the feeling of workers and enforce construction of rank in management.
