介绍了2003年8月16日内蒙巴林左旗5 9级地震前吉林省定点形变台网的观测资料及其异常变化特征。
The observational data of Jilin provincal fixed point deformation before Balinzuoqi earthquake of M_S5.9 on August 16,2003 in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regin and it's anomaly changing features were introduced in this paper.
