摘要
用HPLC／DAD分析四首当归补血汤及其组成单味药中的极性成分。对产生的二维数据借助于直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)来分辨以得到每个组分的纯色谱和光谱,根据纯组分的色谱保留时间和光谱信息,在当归补血汤中确定当归、黄芪的时应成分。结果发现,四首当归补血汤对应于其组成单味药,均有不同程度成分消失的情况。此外通过定量比较四首当归补血汤中的对应组分,找到了每首复方的显著性成份,并发现当归补血汤中部分组分的质量百分含量随当归配比的不同呈规律性变化。
HPLC/DAD analytical method has been employed in the study of polar components in 4 kinds of Dangguibuxuetang and Radix Angelica sinensis, Radix Astragali, the two single herbs they comprise. With the help of heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP) resolution upon the two-dimension data produced in the experiment, we can get the pure chromatogram and UV spectrum of each component. According to the retention time and the UV spectrum, components in Dangguibuxuetang have beem matched with their counterparts in Radix Angelica sinensis or Radix Astragali, and further been qualified and quantified. The qualitative result shows, compared with Radix Angelica sinensis and Radix Astragali, some components supposed to have in the four different ratio Dangguibuxuetang Decoction lose in the different way. From the quantitative result, we pick out the primary components of each Dangguibuxuetang Decoction, and found those components whose contents in Dangguibuxuetang Decoction change regularly with Radix Angelica sinensis's dosage.
