摘要
加入世界贸易组织后,如何突破技术性贸易壁垒同时构建我国的市场准入规范,合理有效地保护我国的民族产业、保护国内生态环境,是当今贸易领域的重要课题之一。本文试从技术标准战略角度,阐明解决该问题的原理、原则和方式。
After joining World Trade Organization, how to break through the technical trade barrier and to construct our market entry standards and protect our country's national industry effectively as well as domestic ecological environment at the same time become one of the important subject of the trade field. This paper tries to expound solvable tenet, principle and way of this problem from the technical standard strategic angle.
