摘要
目的 :探寻一种更利于供皮区创面修复的方法。方法 :应用皮肤再生医疗技术 (MEBT/MEBO)处理植皮手术供皮区创面 6 7例 (A组 ) ,与传统凡士林纱布处理供皮区 71例 (B组 ) ,在术后疼痛、愈合时间、愈合质量上进行比较分析。结果 :皮肤再生医疗技术治疗组在愈合时间、愈合质量与凡士林治疗组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :皮肤再生医疗技术能实现薄皮片和中厚皮片供皮区创面皮肤生理性再生修复、提高皮肤愈合质量、减少瘢痕增生等作用。
Objective: To find a good method for the repair of the wounds in skin donor site. Method: 67 patients with wounds in the skin donor site were treated with skin regeneration medical technique (MEBT/MEBO) and 71 patients of the same wounds were treated with vaseline gauze. The results were compared. Result: skin regeneration medical technique (MEBT/MEBO) was superior to Vaseline treatment in terms of wound healing time, healing quality and scar formation. The difference between the 2 treatments was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Skin regeneration medical technique (MEBT/MEBO) can achieve wound skin physiological regenerative repair with thin and moderate thick skin grafts and promote the quality of wound healing, and reduce scar formation.
