泌尿系统常见致病菌及其耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的回顾性分析近3年来泌尿系统感染病原菌的变迁及耐药性状况。方法细菌培养鉴定按全国临床检验操作规程进行;细菌药敏试验采用K—B纸片法。结果泌尿系统感染的病原菌主要是大肠埃希菌、葡萄球菌属、不动杆菌、克雷伯菌属和变形杆菌属等,其中革兰阴性杆菌导致泌尿系统感染为最常见,并且其比例呈逐年上升的趋势。结论泌尿系统感染的病原菌主要以革兰阴性杆菌为主;对抗生素的敏感性以第三代头孢菌素较为敏感,对氨基甙类、氟喹诺酮呈逐渐耐药趋势,临床医师应关注该地区病原菌的变迁及耐药情况,合理应用抗生素,减少耐药性播散。 Objective: To analyze the changes of infectious pathogenic bacterium in the urinary system in recent three years and their resistance to drugs. Methods: Bacterium were identified according to the nation- wide operating rules of clinical pathology and make test of bacterium' medicine allergy with K-B paper scraps method. Results: The pathogenic bacterium by which the urinary system was infected were escherichiacoli, staphylococcus, aciuetobacter, klebsiella, proteus and so on, among which the most common one was negative- gran staim bacillus and its ratio is increasing every year. Conclusions: The main pathogenic bacteria by which the urinary system is infected is negative- gran staim bacillus. As to the sensitiveness to antibiotics, Lephlostorins of the third generation is relatively sensitive and it is generally becoming resistant to Aminoglycosides and Fluoroquinolones. Clinical doctors should pay attention to the pathogenic bacterium's changes and resistance to drugs in this area, use antibiotics reasonably and reduce the spread of the resistance to drugs.
