摘要
文中提出在测控数据管理系统的构建中采用网络和数据库技术,并且给出测控数据管理系统的设计思想、组成及实现的功能。
In this paper use the network and database technology in design the telemetry and tracking Data Management Sys- tem.and accomplish design idea component and function of the telemetry and tracking data management system.
