摘要
建立健全农业信息化战略服务体系是改变我国农业信息发展现状的根本途径。本文从农业管理体制、农业信息技术、农业信息咨询服务体系的建设这三个方面出发 ,提出了促进农业信息化进程 ,建立健全农业信息化战略服务体系的一些举措 。
It is the most fundamental way to establish and improve the whole Agricultural Information Strategic Service System for changing the current status of agriculture information development in China. This paper advances some actions on how to completely construct the Agricultural Information Strategic Service System on the basis of the three aspects: agricultural management system, agricultural information technology (AIT) and agricultural Information consultant Service system.
