摘要
目的 了解河北省城市蜚蠊的本底现状,制定防治对策,控制其危害。方法 瓶诱法、药激法、粘捕法、现场观测描述法和形态分类法、关联度分析、致病菌及寄生虫常规检定、抗药性测定、室内药效测定。结果 河北省城市蜚蠊共计 4科 4属 8种,平均侵害率略高于全国城市灭蟑达标考核标准,城市蜚蠊优势种群德国小蠊全年平均有两个密度高峰,蜚蠊体表带菌率高达 96 .77%,对常用的 5种化学杀虫剂都有不同程度的抗性,生物制剂和毒饵防治实用有效,并提出综合防治对策及配套应用技术,在 3个城市作了效果试验。结论 本研究为河北省城市蜚蠊防治工作提供了科学依据和应用技术。
Objective To investigate the city cockroach present background status of Hebei pro vince,establish control measures and control its harm.Methods Luring in bottle way、drug stimulate way、adhibit catch way、observation and d escription in field, morphological taxonomy、grey relative analysis、pathogen or parasite routine detectino、resistant assay to insecticides、insecticides lab e xperiment assay.Results 8 species of city cockroach in Hebei province belonged to 4 genera of 4 families ,average violation rate was much hi gher than examine standard of cities all over the country.Blattella ge rmanica were predominance in city and had got two density flood for the year.Cockroach body surface carrier r ate of pathogen or parasite was as high as 96.77%.It had resistance to 5 inse cticides.Both biological and bait formulation had good efficacy against cockroa ches.Integrated management and related technology should be taken and had exper iments in 3 cities.Conclusion This experiment provided scient ific evidence and technology for Hebei province city cockroach control .
