摘要
研究了在正常加工温度(315~335℃)下,使用HAAKE转矩流变仪、挤出机、红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(~13CNMR)、紫外吸收谱(UV)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等测试手段,对聚醚砜(PES)进行研究,以考察PES在加工时发生降解的可能性.研究表明PES在加工过程中,出现了熔体增稠现象,这种现象的实质是发生了某些化学反应,在分子中出现了支化现象.另外,也研究了PES塑料的重加工性。
Polyethersulfone(PES) was studied by HAAK torque rheometer, infrared spectrometry,~13C nuclear magnetic resonnance, UV-visible spectrometry and X-ray photoelectron spec-trometry for testing the probability of PES degradation in the processing courses. The studyshowed that PES thickened in the courses of processing, which meant certain chemical re-actions had taken place so that the molecules branched. The reprocessability of PESwas also studied.
