摘要
在组织行为领域密切关注组织信任研究的同时 ,高校组织信任一直没有引起研究者的关注。文章从组织行为学的角度出发 ,对高校组织信任的内涵、类型、作用和构建途径等进行初步分析 ,一方面旨在对高校组织信任进行初步的认识 ,另一方面希望这一问题得到高校组织管理领域更多学者的关注和研究。
In the field of organizational behavior, though there is study related closely to credit of organization, scholars pay no attention to such problems in colleges. From the angle of organization behavior theory, the paper analyzed the connotation, type, function and constructing approach of college organization credit. On one side, there will be a primary introduction about the actual situation in college; on the other side, this may draw more attention from scholars and administration.
