摘要
“告知”属于医患交流的范畴 ,是医方的法定义务。指出告知的内容应当包括病情、预后、诊疗、风险、费用及卫生常识等等 ,使患者及其家属认识和理解自己的问题所在 ,并对诊疗给予认可和配合。分析影响医患交流从而影响告知效果的因素主要有 :患者的知识、阅历、情绪、性格、地位和自我感觉 ,以及医生的资历、学识、性格、习惯、交流方法和告知技巧。因而提出 ,医生必须从提高自身素质、改变不良习惯、关心患者、灵活施告等方面着手来保证告知效果 ,并且要注意实事求是、依法办事、在尊重患者权益的同时又切实保护好自己不受无端伤害。
Telling” belongs to the scope of the excha ng ing between doctors and patients, it is doctor's legal duty. This article points out that the telling contents should include: the patient's conditions, anticip ating to the patient, diagnosis and treatment, risks, cost and their general kno wledge in health, etc. Let patients and their family members understand the exis ting questions, approve and coordinate the doctor's diagnosis and treatment. Aut hor analyses the main factors that affect the communion between doctors and pati ents, and affect the effects of telling, the factors include: patient's knowledg e, experience, mood, character, position and feels of himself, and include docto r's qualifications and record of service, knowledge, character, habits, the ways of communion, telling skill, etc. Author points out that doctors must heighten the quality themselves, change the bad habits, care for patients, give flexible telling, ensure telling effect. We must be practical and realistic, do according to legal, respect patient's legal rights, and protect ourselves from harm witho ut cause.
