摘要
离心泵机械密封辅助系统可在三个方面对密封工况进行控制和改善 ,即温度控制功能、流体替代功能和清除杂质功能。合理选用机械密封辅助系统 ,可以从根本上改善密封件的工作环境 ,延长密封件寿命 ,确保机械密封的工作稳定性、可靠性及安全性。对一些典型离心泵机械密封辅助系统进行了分析和选型 ,从工程实际角度对机械密封辅助系统的选择方案作了进一步的阐述。
The mechanical seal auxiliary of centrifugal pump can control and improve the operating conditions in three aspects, i.e. the functions of temperature controlling, fluid substituting and impurities removing. Selecting the mechanical seal auxiliary system in a proper way can improve substantially the working environment of the seal part and extend its operating life to ensure the stability, reliability and safety of the mechanical seal. This paper analyzes and selects the typical mechanical seal auxiliary system of centrifugal pump and further describes the selection scheme of mechanical seal auxiliary system from the stand point of practical view.
