辐照氟银同种异体骨移植的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察辐照氟银同种异体骨移植治疗骨缺损的效果。方法 48只健康成年南昌大白兔随机分为4 组,造成颅顶部1cm×1cm的骨缺损,分别将制备好的辐照氟银同种异体骨(A组)、单纯辐照同种异体骨(B组)、 深低温冷冻同种异体骨(C组)和自体骨(D组)植入骨缺损区。术后4、8、12周分批取材,各组进行淋巴细胞毒反应 试验和组织学观察。结果 (1)各组淋巴细胞死亡率均无明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)组织学变化:A、B、C、D组移植 骨愈合过程相似,是从宿主骨到移植骨,从周围到中央,从哈佛氏管向其周围逐渐爬行替代的过程。结论 辐照氟 银同种异体骨具有明显的低抗原性、良好的成骨活性,是较理想骨移植材料,对骨缺损的治疗有重要的临床意义。 Objective To observe the effect of repairing segmental bone defect with allograft of radiated bone incorporated with norfloxacin and silver.Methods A segmental bone defect(1 cm×1 cm)models were created at skull parietal bone in 48 NanChang rabbits.They were randomly divided into the four groups on average,the bone defect was filled by the radiated allogeneic bone incorporated with norfloxacin and silver(RABNS)group(Group A)、radiated allogeneic bone group(Group B)、deep-frozen allogeneic bone group(Group C)and autogeneic bone group(Group D).the effect of repairing defects were observed by Immunologic property 、Histologic studies respectively.Results (1)The contents of lymphocytoxicity showed no difference among different groups at 4、8、12 weeks postoperatively.(2)The bone information of bone allografts was similar to that of bone autografts,the processes of bone-healing was from united end to the bone grafts、from periphery to the center、and from Haversian cannals to its periphery.Conclusion RABNS has low antigenecity、good osteogenic ability、and has important clinical meaning in treatmeat of the segmental bone defects.
