摘要
应用SIMPLE算法和k-ε模型对空气横掠错列翅片管束在湍流条件下的流动和传热性能进行了数值模拟。对翅片管束在流体的不同入口流速情况下的换热和阻力特性进行了比较,得到了湍流条件下的努塞耳准则数和欧拉准则数与雷诺准则数之间的关系式,得出努塞耳数随着入口流速的增加而增加,但欧拉数随着入口流速的增加而下降。
The SIMPLE algorithm and k-ε model are used to simulate fluid flow and heat transfer of air across corrugated finned-tube bundles in turbulent condition, fluid flow and heat transfer of finned-tube bundles in various inlet flow rates are compared, the corresponding correlations of Nusselt number and Euler number vs. Reynolds number are obtained in turbulent condition, Nusselt number is more enhanced with larger inlet flow rate, Euler number is lesser with larger inlet flow rate.
