聚氯乙烯/氯化聚乙烯(PVC/CPE)体系的增韧机理

摘要 以相差显微镜与体积应变测量等方法探索了CPE对PVC的增韧机理,指出剪切带是增韧的主要机理,并提出CPE网络结构在增韧中的作用。 The toughening mechanism of PVG/CPE blend has been studied byphase contrast microscope and volume strain detector etc. Some results have been obtained as follows: 1. The mechanism of CPE toughening PVC is mainly due to a local shear yield. 2. The role of CPE network for toughening PVC includes 2 aspects: Firstly it can promote PVC matrix to cause shear bands easier than CPE particles do. Secondly it has a certain high elasticity like crossing rubber to stretch with a larger strain under external force and there fore absorbs a certain more energy.
