摘要
对丝素分子链的化学组成、构象和基本晶型作了简介 ,重点探讨丝素膜改性过程中链构象及晶型转变的规律以及与丝素膜力学性能的关系。
Discussed the relationships between molecula r structure,conformation and crystallinity of silk fibroin.Conformatio nal and crystalline transformations and properties were mainly analyzed in the c ourses of modification of silk fibroin and preparation of silk fibroin film.
