摘要
波分复用技术是光通信系统最有效的扩容方式,能为接入网提供非常大的带宽。基于无源光网络国际标准,分析了WDM接入系统各种选择方案,并指出实现这些方案的技术难点。
Wavelength division multiplexing technology is the most effective method to increase the capacity of the optical communication systems. WDM offers very high bandwidth in access systems. This paper analyses the options for WDM access systems, and points out the technical hurdles to realize the wavelength division multiplexing passive optical networks (WDMPON) based on an international standard that is emerging for power splitting passive optical networks (PSPON).
