摘要
在分析岩石膨化硝铵炸药组成的基础上,提出了通过添加抗冻剂来降低复合油相的凝固点是制备耐冻膨化硝铵炸药的有效方法和技术途径。本实验选择了数种抗冻剂和其它可燃剂共同组成复合油相,并测试了其凝固点,同时测试了在冷冻条件下炸药的爆炸性能。结果表明,在复合油相中添加抗冻剂可以制得耐冻性能和爆炸性能优良的耐冻膨化硝铵炸药。耐冻性能较好的复合油相配方组成为:柴油:地蜡:石蜡:表面活性剂:多元醇:防冻机油:聚合物=70:7.5:5:5:5:2.5:5,凝固点为31.5℃,用该油相制备的膨化硝铵炸药冷冻后的爆速为3546m·s-1、殉爆距离为5cm、猛度为13.7mm。
Based on the analysis of ingredients of rock expanded ammonium nitrate explosive (EANE) ,it is concluded that the decisive factors affecting the freeze resistance of EANE cannot expand ammonium nitrate and sawdust, but composite oil phase, an effective technical approach to manufacture freeze resistant EANE is introduced. When antifreezing agent is added into composite fuel oil, the freezing point of composite fuel oil can be reduced. Composite fuel oil may contain some kinds of antifreezing agents and other combustible agents, and its freezing point was tested. Explosion performances of freeze resistant EANE were tested after being frozen at - 18℃ for one week. It is shown that EANE with good freeze resistance and explosion performances can be manufactured by addition of antifreezing agent into composite fuel oil. The composition of composite oil phase with satisfactory freeze resistance is diesel oil : ozokerite : paraffin : surfactant : glycerin : antifreezing oil : polymer =70 :7.5 :5 :5 : 5 : 2.5 : 5, and its freezing point is 31. 5 ℃. Detonation velocity, sympathetic detonation distance and brisance of EANE prepared with this composite oil are 3 546 m · s-1,5 cm and 13.7 mm respectively.
