摘要
研究一种新型复合夹芯结构,即低密度泡沫芯材与菱苦土柱状结构复合芯材.由于复合芯材具有较高的抗剪切性能和抗平压性能,使得新型夹芯结构具有很高的抗弯刚度性能,而且夹芯结构的芯材与面板同时成型,没有界面,从根本上解决了夹芯结构芯材面板界面性能薄弱的问题.如果该夹芯结构应用于菱苦土夹芯板中,将使菱苦土夹芯板在结构、工艺、性能、安装等方面都有很大提高.
This paper discussed a new structure of compound samdwich which is composed of foam with lower density and columned magnesite. By virtue of the compound samdwich with the higher ability in the resistance of shearing stress and crushing stress, the new structure of compound samdwich has higher performance in the resistance of bend. Because the structure and the board are simultaneously formed without interface, the question that the interface can bring up the lower performance of the sample will be completely solved. The magnesite samdwich board, if the new structure is applied, will make great progress in structure, process, performance, fixing.
