摘要
提纯了烟草蚀纹病毒(Tobacco Etch Virus TEV),并用人工薄膜饲毒作了蚜虫传毒试验,同时调查了渭北烟草区传毒蚜虫种类,以及蚜虫消长与烟田蚀纹病发生的关系。结果表明,该烟草区主要有桃蚜、萝卜蚜、甘蓝蚜、麦二叉蚜、麦长管蚜以及棉蚜等;传毒试验表明,仅桃蚜能传播TEV;在烟田TEV的发生与有翅蚜虫消长有一定的相关性。
Tobacco etch virus was purified, and experiments of aphis transmitting TEV were made through artificial film breeding virus. Aphis fauna and occurence of TEV in tobacco fields was investigated in the north region of the Wei River, Shaanxi province. The results showed that Myzus persicae Brevicoryne brassicae, Rhops losiphum pseudobrassicae, Schizaphis graminurn were presented in this region, Myzus persicae can only transmit TEV and the oeeurenee of TEV is related to the amount of aphis in tobacco fields.
