摘要
在温室内使用BTH和Harpin两种物质,分别以50mg·kg-1和100mg·kg-1两种浓度喷施于甜瓜幼苗第1片真叶,对甜瓜植株进行诱导处理,研究其对甜瓜植株几丁质酶和β 1,3 葡聚糖酶的诱导。结果表明:BTH和Harpin均能诱导甜瓜叶片几丁质酶和β 1,3 葡聚糖酶的活性增加,处理后第7天,几丁质酶活性达到顶峰;β 1,3 葡聚糖酶活性第5天达到最大值,随后两种酶活性开始下降;BTH和Harpin在诱导酶活性的速度和幅度上,有相同之处。诱导酶活性的效应可以通过植物的输导组织,传导给其它未经处理的甜瓜组织,诱导其它组织中几丁质酶和β 1,3 葡聚糖酶的活性增加。
In the greenhouse the first leaf of melon was separately sprayed with BTH and Harpin. With the chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase activities, first, second and fourth leaves were detected after two days of spraying inducer. The results showed that the level of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase activity were all induced. The chitinase reached its peak after seven days of sprarying, then descended. The β-1,3-glucanase reached its peak after five days of handling, then declined. But each of enzymes activity is different due to different inducer and concentration. This experiment showed that the chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase activity in the tissue of melon which did not spray inducer were induced, the domino offect can be transferred by transfer tissue .
