摘要
本文认为 ,粮食安全问题是全面建设小康社会过程中的长期问题 ,研究我国的粮食安全问题 ,应该牢牢把握时期、阶段和“度”。要顺应农村发展新阶段的要求 ,突出重点 ,积极实现粮食安全观的转变 ;推进市场化和适度国际化是解决我国粮食安全问题的根本出路。
Food security is a long - lasting problem during the whole period when China reaches her target of Xi-aokang - a relatively wealthy level in socioeconomic development. It is necessary to adapt to the changed environment of new stage of rural development, to find the key factors, and change our understandings about food security. Commercialization and moderate internationalization will become China's essential ways of solution
