摘要
介绍了一种同时利用多组实际运行参数反算管内壁粗糙度的新方法———最小二乘法 ,该方法可以有效减少生产报表上运行参数记录值的随机偏差所导致的反算结果偏差。编制了该方法的计算机软件 ,并利用它计算了国内某干线输气管道的当量粗糙度 ,计算结果表明其各管段的当量粗糙度为 0 0 17~ 0 0 4 3mm之间。
Based on the principle of Least Square Method,a new way was developed t o evaluate the pipe roughness of a gas pi peline from its steady operating data at different time.The method can lessen th e evaluating deviation for pipe roughnes s caused by the stochastic characteristi c of a single set of operating data at a specific time,so the evaluated pipe rou ghness can properly represent the inner surface conditions of a gas pipeline.The new method has been programmed and appl ied in a gas pipeline of China,and the e valuating pipe roughness of the pipeline ranges from 0 017 to 0 043 mm.
