摘要
文中通过实验介绍了狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)的茎尖培养情况,结果表明:狗牙根在N6培养基中生长情况好于其它种类的培养基,在N6培养基中附加0.05mg.L^(-1)IAA,无论是分芽还是生根,效果最好.
The Following is a brief intruduction on the culture experiment of the stem tip of Cynodon dactylon .The result of the experiment shows that the stem tip grows better in culture medium N6 than in any other mediums. In Culture medium N6, if added with 0.05mg.L-lIAA, the growing of the bud, as well as the root of the stem tip, is the best.
