摘要
目的 观察苍术消毒剂对空气消毒的效果。方法 在实验室和现场试验空气中,采用苍术消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和自然菌进行杀灭效果测定。结果 以1.1 g/m3 苍术消毒剂用于空气消毒,对金黄色葡萄球菌作用60 min,其杀灭率为99.91%;对空气中自然菌作用60 min,,其消亡率为99.29%。结论 苍术消毒剂具有使用方便、杀菌作用强、无刺激性、无残留污染、对人体无毒等突出优点。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of air sterilization by the herbal medicine Changshu disinfectant. METHODS At laboratory and in theater, the effect of air sterilization to Staphylococcus aureus and natural bacteria with the herbal medicine Changshu disinfectant was determined.RESULTS After using the herbal medicine Changshu disinfectant, S. aureus and natural bacteria were sterilized for 60 minutes, the sterilization rate was 99 91% and 99 29%.CONCLUSIONS The herbal medicine Changshu disinfectant used is convenient, powerful sterilized, no irritant, no residue polluted, and no poisonous to people.
