多花黑麦草抽穗期干物质体外消化率在品系间的差异 被引量:10

Differences in in vitro Dry Matter Digestibility at Heading Stage in Italian Ryegrass Lines

摘要 研究了不同熟期类型多花黑麦草品系的抽穗期干物质产量、干物质体外消化率 (IVDMD)以及细胞壁结构物质含量和消化率与IVDMD的相关性,结果表明:①不同熟期类型间IVDMD存在显著差异,其中极早熟类型和早熟类型极显著高于晚熟类型和中熟类型,晚熟类型又极显著高于中熟类型;相同熟期类型品系间,只有中熟类型的IVDMD差异显著。②极早熟类型和早熟类型的半纤维素含量以及中熟类型和晚熟类型的纤维素含量与IVD MD呈极显著负相关关系;所有熟期类型的半纤维素消化率以及晚熟类型纤维素消化率与IVDMD分别呈极显著和显著的正相关关系。 Dry matter (MD) yield, in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD), cell wall structural matter content and the relationship between IVDMD and digestibility at heading stage in Italian ryegrass were studied. The results showed as follows:① significant differences in IVDMD existed among different maturity types at heading stage in Italian ryegrass, IVDMD of earliest and early maturity types were very significantly different from that of other maturity types, and IVDMD of late maturity type was significantly different from that of middle maturity type. Within the same maturity type except middle maturity type, there were no significant differences in IVDMD among different lines. ② the negative correlation between IVDMD and hemicellulose content of earliest and early maturity types and cellulose content of late maturity type showed very significance; the correlations between IVDMD and hemicellulose digestibility of all the maturity types and cellulose digestibility of late maturity type were very significant and significant, respectively.
