分析了乳中体细胞升高的原因,阐述了高体细胞数对乳的组成和乳制品加工的影响,并简要的说明了降低体细胞数的控制措施。
Causes of a high somatic cell count was analysed,at the same time,the effect of a high somatic cell count on milk composition and dairy paoducts procedure was expounded and monitoring measure of reducing somatic cell count was briefly clarified.
