日粮能量和赖氨酸浓度对持续高温期生长肥育猪生产性能与生化指标的影响 被引量:7

Effects of dietary energy and lysine on the performance and biochemical traits in growing-finishing pigs during constant high temperature period

摘要 将来源相近、体重相近(44.1kg±1.8 kg)的杜长大生长肥育猪32头、(公母各半)分成4个处理,日粮蛋白质水平为15.5%,能量水平分别为13.23MJ·kg^1、13.73 MJ·kg^1、14.23MJ·kg^1、14.73MJ·kg^1,赖氨酸水平分别为0.676%、0.726%、0.764%、0.800%,研究日粮能量和赖氨酸水平对持续高温下生长肥育猪生产性能与生化指际的影响。研究结果表明,在持续高温期:①增加日粮能量与赖氨酸浓度能显著提高生长肥育猪体重(P<0.05)也能明显降低料重比;②随着能量与赖氨酸水平的上升,血清甲状腺素(T_3)、总蛋白、球蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05%).血浆甲状腺素(T_4)、葡萄糖、白蛋白也有增加趋势,而甘油三酯、肌酸磷酸激酶含量以及白蛋白/球蛋白比例明显下降(P<0.05):③随着能量与赖氨酸水平的上升.血清钾离子含量显著增加(P<0.05),血清氯离子含量相应下降(P>0.05),而血清钠离子变化较小;D 增加能量水平能提高血液抗体水平和淋巴细胞比例,其中对 IgM 影响显著(P<0.05),而对 IgG、Iga、淋巴细胞比例的影响不显著(P>0.05)。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of the digestible energy and lysme on theperformance and biochemical traits of growing-finishing pigs during constant high temperature period.Thtrty-twocross bred (Duroc×Long white×Large white)fatterting pigs.weighing an average of 44.1kg±1.8kg.wererandomly assigned to four treatments.The level of the crude protem was 15.5%.The levels of energy were 13.23MJ·kg^1.13.73 MJ·kg^1,14.93 MJ·kg^(-1).14.73 MJ·kg^1,and the,levels of lysine were 0.676%.0.726%,0.764%.0.800% respectively.Results showed that:①High dietary energy and lysine level increased the bodyweight sigmficantly(P<0.05)and decreased the Fecd/Gain ratio(P>0.05).②With the increase of the dietaryenergy and lysine.the concentration of thyroxine(T_).total protein,globulin in the serum increased significantly(P<0.05),and the concentration of Thyroxine(T_4).glucose.albumin.increased insignificantly(P>0.05).butthe content of creatine kinase.triglyceride.Albumin/Globulin decreased significantly(P<0.05).③With theincrease of the dietary energy and lysine.serum K^+ increased significantly(P<0.05)and serum C1 decreased(P>0.05),The energy and lysine had little effect on the serum Na^+.④The energy and lysine increased the levelsof blood antibody and lymphocyte ratio,and had a significant effect on Serum IgM(P<0.05).and had ainsignificant effect on the serum IgA.IgG and lvmphocvte ratio(P>0.05).
