摘要
本文在合成醋酸丁酯时，用强酸性阳离子交换树脂作为液固相酯化反应的催化剂，732树脂优于D72树脂。在醋酸与丁醇的摩尔比为1：1.2和催化剂加入量为36克/mol醋酸的情况下，732树脂显示了高的催化活性和好的选择性，且催化活性稳定，使用寿命长，是较好的液固相酯化催化剂之一。
Abstract : Cationic exchange resin with strong acidity 732 and D72 were used as catalyst in liquid-olid phase esterification for the synthesis of butyl acetate. The catalytic activity of resin 732 is higher than D72 when the molar ratio of acetic acid and butanol is 1 : 1 . 2 and catalyst is 35g per mol acetic acid.And the selectivity, stability and lifetime of resin 732 were more superior.
