摘要 介绍美国和台湾用对流炉和沸腾床制备多孔高氯酸铵(PAP)及包覆法。同时介绍了用PAP部分取代HTPB体系推进剂中的AP和全部取代双基推进剂中的超细AP的燃烧性能研究。结果表明,用包覆的PAP取代超细AP是提高燃速的较好途径。 This paper, on the basis of literature survey, described the preparation and coating process of porous ammonium perchlorate (PAP) in USA and Taiwan of China. The fluidized bed technology on a laboratory scale was clearly shown in a diagram. The results proved that the burning rate of the composite propellant could be greatly raised by PAP partially substituting for the AP and became greater by more PAP while the mechanical properties of the propellant kept unchanged. The burning rate of the super-speed burning composite modified double base propellant with 34 - 38% PAP was about three times than that with no special catalyts.
