ZCLA长爪沙鼠微卫星标记遗传多样性的初步观察 被引量:2

An Elementary Study on Genetic Diversity of Z:ZCLA Mongolian Gerbil Basing on Microsatellite DNA Marker

摘要 用长爪沙鼠9个微卫星DNA标记研究了Z:ZCLA长爪沙鼠的遗传多态性,结果表明,Z:ZCLA 长爪沙鼠除在第1个位点上只有一个等位基因外,其它位点上均有2-4等位基因,平均等位基因 数2.6。 The polymorphism of 9 microsatellite loci was detected in Z:ZCLA Mongolian gerbil from Zhejiang center of laboratory animal , Zhejiang Academy of Medical Sciences. The results showed that 8 loci were polymorphic and locus 1 had 1 allele, and others had 2~4 alleles. The average of alleles is 2.6.
