摘要
为解决下一代网络的一个关键技术———如何保证服务质量QoS(QualityofService)的难题,在对比IP(InternetProtocol)网络的QoS机制的基本模型InteServ(IntegratedService)和DiffServ(DifferentiatedService)的基础上,着重讨论了MPLS(MultiProtocolLabelSwitching)技术在下一代网络中QoS机制的实现,并提出了一种基于MPLS技术的QoS集中控制体系结构。该结构具有强可控性,基于显示路由方案对单个业务流进行有效地控制,避免了资源冲突,达到了集中式控制优化网络性能效果,从而保证NGN(NextGenerationNetwork)运行效率。
One of the key issues of constructing NGN(Next Generation Network) is how to assure QoS(Quality of Service).The article explains the theory of MPLS(Multi Protocol Label Switching) and illustrates the implementation of NGN(Next Generation Network)'QoS based on MPLS, comparing with two QoS mechanisms of IP network, Integrated Service and Differentiated Service.Then, it puts forward a QoS server architecture of NGN based on MPLS.This architecture is powerful in controlling the service flow ,in particular the effectual control based on Explicit Route Scheme to a single service flow can avoid the conflict of the network resource .As a result, this architecture can optimize the performance of the whole network through centralized control and ensure NGN to run efficiently
