家蚕冷冻精液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性分析 被引量:6

摘要 超氧化物歧化酶是生物体抗氧化防御体系的重要酶类 ,精液不同冷冻方式及冷冻时间不同的SOD活性不同。通过酶活性的测定可以看出提取的精液在 5h内酶活性变化不明显 ;- 80℃冷存的精液精子SOD活性随时间呈线性下降 ,3个月后酶活性仅为冷存前的 2 3%左右 ;经液氮冷存的精液精子SOD活性下降 5 5 % ,保存 1d与保存 3个月的精液精子SOD活性变化不大 ;精清中的酶活性上升与精子中的酶活性下降趋势相关 ,因而精液SOD活性可作为精液品质评定的指标。 Superoxide dismutase (SOD) acts as an important enzyme in the antioxidation defense system of organisms. In cryopreservation of the sperms of silkworm ( Bombyx mori ), SOD activity in them varies with preservation way and duration. In the study reported in this paper, SOD activity did not change obviously within 5 h after extraction when the sperm was stored at 4℃, and SOD activity in the spermatozoon descended linearly with preservation time when the sperm was stored at 80℃ for 3 months being 23% of the activity before the cryopreservation treatment, it dropped sharply (by about 55%) when the sperm was stored for 1 day liquid nitrogen (-192℃) and remained little changed thereafter in the following 3 months. A close relationship between the descendance of SOD activity in the spermatozoon and the ascendance in the seminal plasma was observed and SOD can, therefore, serve as an index for sperm quality evaluation.
