政党执政的合法性资源陷于枯竭,将直接导致执政地位的丧失。"三个代表"与中国共产党的依法执政具有必然的联系。"三个代表"为中国共产党依法执政提供了新的合法性资源,依法执政是夯实执政的法理基础,是贯彻和实现"三个代表"重要思想的必然要求。
