摘要
对80例胃切除术及81例保守治疗的良性胃十二指肠病患者进行了胆石发生情况与胆囊功能的对照观察,发现胃手术患者空腹胆囊容积及脂餐后残余胆汁量明显增多,提示胃术后胆囊有弛张及收缩不全现象;胃手术后胆石发现率明显增加,且术后时间愈长胆石发现率愈高。
The incidence of gallstone and gallbladder contractile function were observed using B-mode ultrasongraphy on 7 patients who had undergone radical gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma and 73 patients whe had undergone subtotal gastrectomy for peptic ulcer.Eighty-one patients with peptic ulcer served as control. It was found that the fasting volume of the gallbladder in patients became much larger than that in control group, and the remainder bile increased after intake of fat meal. Incomplete relaxation and contraction of gallbladder were found after gastrectomy and the incidence of gallstone increased. The longer the gastrectomy is done, the higher the incidence rate. The mechanism and the factors leading to gallstone after gastrectomy are analysed and the preventive measures are discussed.
