摘要
目前上海郊区工业园区竞争力不足的现状成为制约郊区发展的主要障碍。如何更积极有效地提升郊区工业园区竞争力已成为各有关部门的当务之急。该文提出园区竞争力的理论体系, 通过对影响园区竞争力的要素分析, 提出了一个易于理解和把握的园区竞争力分析框架, 通过对制约上海郊区工业园区竞争力的因素分析, 提出了提升上海郊区工业园区竞争力的对策建议。
Insufficient competiveness of the industrial parks in Shanghai suburbs has prevented suburb development at present. How to promote the competiveness of the industrial parks has become the top task of every department concerned. This paper presents the theoretical system of competiveness of the industrial park. Through analyzing the key elements which influence the competiveness, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the competiveness of the industrial parks in the suburbs of Shanghai.
