A Rat Model of Chronic Venous Hypertension

摘要 目的用SD大鼠建立后肢慢性静脉高压动物模型。方法经腹手术环缩SD大鼠下腔静脉下段和髂总静脉,经腹壁浅静脉测量后肢静脉压,动态观测压力变化。结果实验组大鼠后肢静脉压升高显著,静脉压的变化与手术时间呈负相关。结论环缩SD大鼠下腔静脉下段和髂总静脉,可以建立后肢慢性静脉高压的动物模型。 Objective To develop a rat model of chronic venous hypertension. Methods The inferior vena cava and bilateral common iliac veins were constricted. Pressure catheters were inlaid into the superficial epigastric vein for measurement of the hindlimb venous pressure. The time course of venous hypertension was investigated. Results In the experiment group, the hindlimb venous pressures significantly elevated in comparison with control group. Conclusion Hindlimb venous hypertension was created in adult rats by constriction of the inferior vena cava and bilateral common iliac veins.
