摘要
【目的】比较彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)和彩色多普勒血流图(CDFI)在移植肾诊断中的作用。【方法】分别用CDE和CDFI对2 5 2例次移植肾检测、分析其血流供应特点,并比较CDE和CDFI的优缺点。【结果】移植肾患者肾功能稳定期,CDFI显示各级肾动脉血流灌注充分,与正常人相似。急性排异反应期CDFI显示主肾动脉充盈好,段动脉充盈基本完整,小叶间动脉出现间断,弓形动脉显示差。慢性排异反应期:主肾动脉能显示,但血流束变细,段动脉可是星点状,小叶间动脉、弓形动脉缺失。而CDE显示的血流信号分布多于CDFI,血管长度更长,信号更稳定、可靠。【结论】CDE与CDFI对移植肾排异诊断、治疗监测都有很重要意义。CDE对移植肾血流显示优于CDFI。
To compare the roles of Color Doppler energy(CDE) and Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) in the diagnosis of renal transplantation.Ninety-eight renal transplant cases were examined with CDE and CDFI.The blood supp1y characteristics of renal transphantation and the showing ablity of CDE and CDFI were studied and compared.The patiens renal functions were normal,blood flow appeared as continuously branches.ln case of acute rejection.The blood flow messag was less,even no in the arciform artericain.In chronic rejection cases,the main retal arteries were lack of blood flow.Short stick blood message was seen in arcifom arteries. CDE shoring ablility of the blood flow of renal neoplasm is superior to CDFI.[Conclusion]CDPI and CDE are valuable not only to diagnosis of rejection but also to monitoring the respodse to treatment.CDE showing ability of the blood flow of renal neoplasm is superior to CDFI.
